The bathroom was clean as well was the rest of the cottage, no creepy crawlies inside. Bed was incredibly tall but comfy with plenty of pillows. Parking was tight with all the cottages full. The wall unit ac keeps the living area comfortable but not the sleeping area. Plenty of kcup pods and filtered tap. Well water=sulfur/rotten egg smell but it does go away. fridge handle broken. rack very very high in bathroom. there was dish soap, hand soap, body wash,shampoo and conditioner. Badminton area and over grown with weedy grass. Lake view across the street and not easy to get in and out of. The benches in the grass lake area unstable. Unsure if the information will now be updated but there is a 75$ pet fee/no pets? The area is too far from a decent cute downtown area. We did find a tiny beach forest beach park which was dog friendly. We would not stay in this area again. The host did communicate effectively but the initial information on the booking page is misleading.

It’s a nice little village of tiny homes. The house has all of the basic household items you need to make it a nice stay. Justin is helpful and quick communication.
