The cottage was very nice and we enjoyed our stay! Justin was a great host and very responsive. The lake acces was fun to have for fishing, my son caught several, but you do have to cross a somewhat busy road to get to it. The cottage is an easy 20 minute drive to several beaches and South Haven. Parking is crazy at all of the beaches we went to. North Beach was our favorite and Deerlick Creek is definitely worth checking out. Breakfast at Hot Spot right in town was delicious (cash or check only) and The Lodge near Deerlick was some of the best food we have ever had. There are lots of fun shops and restaurants in South Haven also. Definitely recommend the area and Justin's property!
The Lake Superior cottage was a fun place for our weekend away from Montana to explore the lake areas of Southern Michigan. Although small, the layout was comfortable and worked for four adults. The location is fabulous as we were able to quickly get to many nearby beach towns. Justin was very responsive and provided some useful recommendations for our trip.
The cottage we stayed in was so cute and clean! Vaulted ceiling made it feel very open and spacious. Justin was great to work with and very responsive to any messages I sent. We would definitely stay again!
